“I’m a career firefighter and have suffered from a back injury from the job for the last 8 years. I was sent to a chiropractor years ago after reinjuring my back, initially I felt a little relief from my injury, but it never really went away and after 3 years of going to them I wasn’t getting better. I started to think I was going to spend the rest of my life with some degree of back pain. I stumbled across Dr Jeff at my daughters gymnastics class and we started talking about my injury. He invited me to his practice to see how he could help relive my pain. Within the first week I was feeling better than I had felt in 8 years since my initial back injury, week 2 was continued progress in reducing my pain to almost nothing. The truest test of his great work has been how good I’ve felt after shoveling and snow blowing after these last few storms. Dr Jeff’s multiple disciplines in chiropractic care and ability to customize your treatments to best suit your injury, coupled with his genuine care and concern are Amazing! When you tell him how your feeling from visit to visit he is listening and using your input to to maximize the output of your care. This is Good Ole Fashioned Service, his whole office has a great attitude and do their Best to work with you.”

“Dr. Plaster has changed our lives. I’m not joking when I say that. He took in our infant when she was only 8 months old after a car accident. I can’t stress how much he’s helped us feel more confident about her condition. He has also taken me in after I recently got in a car accident. Thank you so much!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Eagle and Trace! After being in an accident, I was dealing with stiffness, aches and pains, and back discomfort. A friend recommended this place to me, and I’m so thankful I listened. From the very first visit, I felt welcomed, cared for, and truly listened to. Dr. Jeff Plaster is absolutely wonderful! He is kind, caring, patient, and takes the time to listen and understand exactly what you’re experiencing. His adjustments have made such a noticeable difference for me. I feel more comfortable, less stiff, and relieved from so much of the discomfort I was experiencing. I also have to mention the amazing equipment and treatments they have here. Everything is so well-equipped and designed to help with aches, tension, stiffness, and pain. The combination of the adjustments, equipment, and massage therapy has made my experience even better. The massage is truly something special and has been incredibly relaxing and helpful! And the staff deserves a huge shout-out! Everyone is so friendly, caring, welcoming, and professional. They make you feel comfortable and valued from the moment you walk through the door. You can genuinely feel that they care about their patients and want you to feel your best. I’m so happy I found Eagle and Trace, and I would **highly recommend them to anyone looking for a chiropractor,”

SoftWave therapy FAQs

What is SoftWave therapy?+

SoftWave is a form of regenerative acoustic-wave (extracorporeal shockwave) therapy. A handpiece sends targeted acoustic waves into injured or painful tissue to stimulate your body’s own repair response — increasing circulation and activating the cells involved in healing. It’s non-invasive and drug-free.

What does SoftWave feel like?+

Most patients describe it as a series of quick pulses or taps over the treatment area. It’s generally well tolerated with no anesthesia, and we can adjust the intensity to keep you comfortable. There’s no downtime — you can go right back to your day.

How many sessions will I need?+

It varies by person and by how long the issue has been there. Chronic or stubborn problems usually respond best to a short series of sessions rather than a single visit. After your evaluation, Dr. Jeff Plaster will give you a realistic, individualized recommendation — no guesswork and no pressure.

What conditions respond best to SoftWave?+

SoftWave is often used for stubborn soft-tissue and joint problems — chronic tendon issues (like tendonitis), plantar fasciitis, and nagging joint pain — as well as injuries that have stalled and aren’t improving with rest alone. The best way to know if it’s right for you is a quick evaluation.

Is SoftWave therapy safe?+

For most people, yes — it’s non-invasive, drug-free, and needle-free, with no required downtime. As with any therapy, it isn’t appropriate for everyone, so we screen for it during your evaluation and only recommend it when it’s a good fit for you.

Can SoftWave be combined with chiropractic care?+

Absolutely — that’s one of its strengths. We frequently pair SoftWave with chiropractic adjustments and rehab so we’re addressing both the painful tissue and the underlying mechanics, giving your body better conditions to recover.
